The Fast Life

[a view from the terrace of my house]

Ever since I came to Bangalore, I have been a slave to the fast life.
Never felt as fresh as I did 2 years back.

The occasional outings help a lot. Gets me unconnected from the world for at least sometime. Also, I stay away from all technology for an hour a day, when I reach home. Feels really good. One more way I found out is by cooking. But I have to eat what I cook, which makes the whole exercise meaningless :) .

What do you guys do to loosen up?

  1. alcohol, my friend and many such 'inebriations' in the company of friends :) books, blogging, you tube are some other stuff.
if you are game you should try exploring newer places; there are so many places not well known but really good fun.
    cheers

  5. Doing what i feel like at any given particular moment, without caring much of the outcome till i know i am correct and won't be hurting anybody.. Too philosophical rit? but it fun to put it into practice. :)

    And in mundane terminology:
    1) BOOKS
    2) FRIENDS
    3) MUSIC
    4) TAKING LOOOONNNNG WALKS
    5) OUTINGS
    6) TALKING things other than work.
    7) DREAMING :)
    8) OBSERVING THE LIFE AROUND :)
    9) COOKING (well i don't love it but i don't mind it)

  6. hmm...Sleep, we need to give our subconscious mind some time to wake up... So i sleep...
Go to places(alone) where there is silence and greenery.
Speak to yourself for introspecting yourself...
    blogs - reading and writing...
    reading novels...
thinking philosophically - makes u light very easily...
I really dont like outings and meetings too much.. May be an occasional hang out with close friends...

These are some of the things which i do... :)
